“Can’t believe how bad it actually was, and it got worse”
Luckily this was not an out of pocket stay. The hotel is completely outdated, all the hallway carpets are stained and the floors are musty. The shower was dented in the floor and didn’t drain all the water, you had to kick it towards the drain. We had to get our rooms keys changed 5 times, the gates didn’t work half the time to get out of the parking lot, which was over $38 to park, and then the door to our room just stopped working. Staff said, they will be there in 5 minutes, 4 hours later we returned and not fixed. On check in, it was a 2 hour wait in a line and every time we went to get our keys fixed, another 30 minute wait each time. Then to top it off, it started storming and our room had a leak. So drip drip drip. The only people that seemed to actually care were the room attendants, which would at least change your towels when you asked, and they would smile. Theres actually more, but I’m not going to waist anymore time on them.

“DON’T DO IT!!!”
Today is 7/12/2026 and this is the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EVER! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! WOW. Check-in was at 4pm and we, along with HUNDREDS of other frustrated guests waited HOURS to get our room. The hotel line at registration was longer than any Disney line. No exaggeration. Absolutely unacceptable! Don’t even think about leaving the hotel parking lot (which is $50 to park daily and a lot more for valet) or you will be stuck out on I-Drive along with 20+cars when their auto gate on either side of the lot doesn’t work using your room key for a solid 30-45 mins. Turn your car off and wait for security to manually let everyone in. Thankfully, we were one of the very few able to find a parking space when we returned as there were others that couldn’t get in to park their car because the lot was already full for the night. Gets better! Our shower drain is clogged completely and no one answers the phone here!!! We have been given the run around since this afternoon and night waiting to see if maintenance can fix it…. When someone finally answered FIVE hours later, the employee said, it’s just “pure laziness on their part not answering the phone”! as he spoke of his own team members, what on earth?! But that’s only after you hit the lottery and get someone to answer the phone trying every number to reach guest services or the receptionist. Be prepared to let the phone ring 1000 times before you give up. The employee’s solution was to go down to the front desk (at 11pm) to request to change rooms—-even though he said they’re not answering the phone because they are too busy!! Headed down to the desk now…. almost midnight dealing with this when we should be getting a good nights rest. If you’re willing to drop a couple thousand to stay here for ZERO customer service, I recommend it 100%. Go somewhere else!!! They do not care about their guests.
