Ramada del Wyndham Istanbul Corno d'Oro

I had an excellent stay at Ramada Istanbul. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Efe Gecen. He was incredibly cooperative, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome. His warm attitude, prompt assistance, and dedication to guest satisfaction reflect the highest standards of hospitality. Staff members like Mr. Efe Gecen are a real asset to Ramada. He turned a great stay into a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely thank Mr. Efe Gecen for his exceptional service. Looking forward to staying here again!

Staff was extremely friendly, especially Efe from guest relations who took care of a issue we had with a room and promptly moved us into another.

Everything has been adequately arranged before we arrived at the hotel.
