“Great Hotel and Good location”
The property is in a prime location, close to plenty of food options and a busy area with a shopping centre nearby. It was also very easy to get Ubers and travel around the area. The hotel itself felt safe, clean and well maintained. The swimming pool area was fantastic—clean, spacious and a great place for children to play and enjoy themselves. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were really happy with the location and facilities and the breakfast service was brilliant.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the way payments and additional charges were handled. When you arrive, the property requires a deposit, which I feel guests should be clearly informed about before arrival so there are no surprises. When we were checking out, I was also told that I had not paid for one of the rooms, despite having paid for everything in advance. I was asked to provide proof of payment, which I was able to do by showing my receipts. Thankfully, I had all the necessary evidence, so I did not have to make the payment again. I cannot say whether this was simply an administrative error or a misunderstanding, but as a guest, I found the situation concerning and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend keeping all payment receipts and being mindful of what you have already paid for. The property also charges government tax, which is payable before checking out. My main concern is that the hotel should have a clear record of payments made in advance and avoid putting guests in a position where they feel they are being accused of not paying. Clear communication about deposits, taxes and pre-paid bookings would make the experience much smoother.
