Falta de mantenimiento en instalaciones (habitación), no servia el aire acondicionado. Al realizar el cambio de habitación se olvido una camisa en closet, la cual no aparecio.

“Exceeded Expectations”

We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo! We were with a large group of our extended family and enjoyed every minute. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with immaculate grounds and breathtaking ocean views. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the staff consistently made us feel welcome. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with excellent hospitality. A special thank you to Joel, the bellboy, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. His warm personality and exceptional service made us feel valued and set the tone for a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and great dining. We can’t wait to return!
