Excelente la ubicación. Muy buenas las habitaciones.. Me gustó mucho que puedes visitar y estar en los otros hoteles del complejo.

“Stolen watch will never stay here again”

Please be aware if you are currently staying here or are even thinking of staying at this property my very expensive Cartier watch was stolen during my stay with my family at this hotel. The staff were very nonchalant about out the whole thing. wouldn’t let me see any video footage or alert authorities. Nada. Just a simple incident report and that was it. This is not a 5 star hotel at all . Rooms are very out dated. The only thing I will say nice is our very sweet breakfast server Raul. Apart from that Cabo it self was beautiful. Later on our driver told us he wasn’t surprised and it happens there all the time - he also mentioned the RIU as well … Just sad this incident ruined the entire trip for my family and I. Will never again stay here.

La comida y bebidas son muy buenas, esta muy cerca de la marina y me gusta que tiene playa donde si te puedes meter, eso es genial.

Es la cuarta vez que me hospedo en este hotel y mis experiencias pasadas fueron tan geniales que por eso hemos regresado, pero en esta ocasión hubo dos cosas que de plano me hacen pensar si volveré o no... algunos miembros del personal son muy groseros, en especial una hostes del bufet en el desayuno y una persona que nos contesto por teléfono fue super grosera, en serio lamento no haberles pedido sus nombres para reportar su actitud tan nefasta. fuera de esto todo fue excelente, los meseros en general y las hostes de la noche fueron unas muy lindas y amables personas. Ahhh y algo que si tienen que mejorar los dueños del hotel es el fuerte olor a humedad en los cuartos, huele terriblemente a humedad, no le dan nada de mantenimiento a sus sistema de aire acondicionado y en mis estancias pasadas eso no me habia tocado. Parece como si cambiaron de administracion a una muy mala, porque ahora que recuerdo cuando pedias comida o bebida en la alberca tardaba como 40min en llegar... solo habia un mesero para muchisimas personas.

“Good Service, Disappointing Hotel Condition”

We stayed here at the beginning of July 2026. I chose this hotel because the photos looked great, and I liked that it was right on the beach with easy access to the water. The only beach where you can swim: Medano beach When we arrived, though, it was clear the hotel is showing its age. Our room felt outdated, and the air conditioner had a musty, humid smell that wasn’t pleasant. Overall, the property could really use some TLC. After receiving their guest survey, I shared my honest feedback. To their credit, the front desk reached out immediately and worked with us to make things right. After a few conversations, they upgraded us to an Executive Ocean View Suite. The view was beautiful, and the room was larger, but it was still noticeably dated. I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because the customer service was excellent. The staff genuinely cared about our experience and did everything they could to improve our stay. As for the all-inclusive package, I personally don’t think it’s worth the extra cost. The food was okay, but not good enough to justify the price. The staff mentioned that the hotel is scheduled to close in 2028 for a full renovation, which is good news because the property definitely needs it. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Cabo—at least not until after the renovations are completed.
