I loved this hotel and the staff. I arrived in the morning after a long-haul flight from Australia and on discovering this, the staff helped me to find a room that was available early so that I could check in and rest; it was so thoughtful and very much appreciated! The room was clean, modern and perfect for my stay. Also very central and within a close walking distance to the Duomo and the centre, with many cafe options along the way. Will definitely stay here again.

“Lovely and convenient”

Loved the location, and the modern atmosphere of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good.

We did not like the fact that we had to ask the hotel staff to activate the air conditioning of the room from their command center.

Lovely room, quiet hotel. Great shower and bed.

The lounge and atrium were disappointing. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied so the area was dirty and smelled. Service was hit or miss. The first night service was great, the second time we visited we couldn't get served (although it wasn't busy). Very disappointing.
