“Convenient with very attentive service from staff.”

Staff who were very helpful. Breakfast and 2 × evening meal. Location. Secure underground parking.

Bed was lumpy, not uncomfortable.

The staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant were “off the charts” incredible and just straight up delightful people. The position is perfect, with easy access to so much, including walking distance to take the ferry on a Thames tour. Our room overlooked a busy street and yet, we heard nothing. We watch the soccer game between England and Argentina downstairs in the bar and had a lovely dinner. Would go there again.

Sadly… the ONLY thing that I was surprised wth Novotel. The guest rooms! Cleaned well by the cleaners, BUT the rooms are desperate for a deep clean! Carpets awful. Walls in the toilet and corners on the floor, really need a proper serious clean. There also needs to be an independent team review of necessary repairs… all just an outcome of regular use. Novotel knows better and if they wish to keep their building in good repair, it is time. BTW… main floor entry and restaurants, beautiful! Loved the decor ideas.

Bed was super comfy, room was really spacious, staff were great, gym was small but well equipped and had everything I needed.
