“Great hotel in Lisbon, comfortable and near everything.”

Everything was just perfect. This is our forth stay in My Story Figueira. Since we stayed the first time this is the hotel we choose in Lisbon every time. Location is great, near everything. It is both convenient if walking or using any public transportation: metro, bus, elétrico or comboio. The breakfast is great. For instance, fruits are diversified, and the breads are varied and well prepared. There are many custom-made options. The restaurant is a good option for lunch or dinner. The room is very comfortable (temperature and linens), and the shower is really good. But the best is the staff. They really make you feel welcome. You leave the hotel knowing everybody by name. And there are many of them.

I absolutely loved my stay at My Story Hotel Figueira. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Rossio, Chiado, Praça do Comércio, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The room was modern, well-equipped, quiet despite the central location, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail reflected quality and care. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. If anything, I only wish I had stayed longer.
