La limpieza y las instalaciones

Que no se atendió al momento de mi llegada tardaron mucho para recibirme.

“Comfortable, Safe, & Pleasant”

This was a great stay in Cabo if you're cool with a simple, pleasant place & like having a bit of distance between you & the party. We loved the quietness, the view from the terraces and pools, and the easy (15ish min) walk to the beach or town center. It was also super easy to catch a cheap Uber or taxi if we didn't feel like walking - so being a little bit away wasn't a big deal at all. The room was simple & large, & there was a small kitchen for cooking w/ basics, as well as a little terrace in our room, too. It wasn't over the top or glamorous, but it was everything we needed to enjoy ourselves! We felt super comfortable, safe, and well looked after there. The staff was very helpful - anything we needed they helped us with - and friendly, too.

The fridge didn't work (just the freezer, which we used as a fridge), the water pressure in the toilets could be better... but once we figured that out ~ it wasn't a big deal. It also would be nice to have a few more kitchen items for cooking in the rooms ~ as it was a bit limited when we tried to cook.

Me tenian bien asignada la habitación, una vez hecho el cambio correspondiente la habitación entregada la faltaba limpieza, no había wifi

No estaba limpio , muchísima pelos por todas partes sobre todo el baño y es desagradable . Además un rollo de papel empezado y otro nuevo no es presentable , toallas ya viejas
