The property was beautiful but the beach was a bit of a trek down the hill The pool was wonderful The pool bar served excellent food at reasonable prices It's away from the chaos of downtown Cabo which we liked You might enjoy having a car But there was only one television in the living room It would have been better if there were also televisions in the bedrooms which we usually had in two bedroom apartments There's a nice restaurant adjacent to the property BEAD The property manager was very helpful

“You cannot put a price on value!”

Loved the location, the view, having a whole apartment/condi to ourselves with all the privacy that comes with it.

The tub in the master room didn’t work (jacuzzi), it was also very hard and dangerous to get in it. The window from the bathroom didn’t open. The TV was broken and we couldn’t watch it until the manager came to fix it. He confirmed one of the hdmi inputs was broken and the other had a short. The sliding door from the small room didn’t lock.

The property is so nice from the ground to the inside - much better than pictures. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. Watching sunrise from the balcony is breathtaking. Everything is perfect. It looks new and remodeled. Two master bedrooms with balconies and bathrooms. It was better than expected. The beach is beautiful. We will definitely return. The owner is very nice and quickly responsive to our questions. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your lovely place. Highly recommended!

We didn’t quite know a better way to use the shower in the bathtub without making the bathroom flooded. 😄. So we ended up using the one shower only.
