TODO! Es un pedacito de cielo! Un lugar lleno de detalles con muchas notas de la cultura Maya. Personal servicial y pendiente en todo momento de satisfacer. Comida deliciosa y fresca. Habitaciones perfectas: cama, regadera, extras. Un hotel para descansar, desconectar y recargarse! Un spa de lujo, una playa limpia… volveremos con seguridad!

This hotel is such a class act! The staff here goes above and beyond for you - no matter who you are, how big your party is, whatever you need. From the moment we got in the car pick up at the airport, we were treated to comfort and relaxation... the car was stocked with treats and drinks, had all the car seats we requested, and the driver was so friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, we were struck by its beauty and loved how hidden in the jungle it felt. We were greeted, given delicious welcome drinks (they even tailored a alcoholic one for our son), and then shown around the property. I really appreciate that we were able to get seamlessly into our room since we have two small children - no waiting at a desk for someone to come check you in. We were given a room upgrade that overlooked the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing from bed - heaven. The room is spacious and the fixtures are gorgeous. We had drinks and snacks waiting for us, as well as toys and set up for our children. This kid is so kid friendly despite being a very grown up and classy hotel. The food at Maroma is absolutely delicious - every restaurant and every dish was incredible. The pool is warm and it never feels too crowded by the beach or pool - they do a great job keeping it relatively quiet so you can relax. I would like to say of all the things about this hotel, hands down has to be the staff - every single person we met was incredibly helpful, genuine, and just on the top of their hospitality game. Well done Maroma staff - you are truly an amazing bunch! We'll be back.
