Please note: The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Luxury Suites International customer service. The card will be authorized for USD 100 per day or USD 300 (whichever is less) as Incidental/Damage Deposit; if the limit is reached, additional authorizations may occur. The hold is released upon departure and can take 3-7 business days to reach Domestic card holders and up to 30 days for International card holders. Failure to authorise card will result in guest being denied access to suite. Refunds will not be provided. A fully refundable incidental deposit will be required upon arrival for possible damages. An adult of 21 years of age must be present at check-in. Please note: Guests receive 1 free parking spot per reservation. “Very relaxing and worth it”

Love full kitchen and extra towels and blankets, hot tub was amazing!

Dimmer on some lights didnt work

Room was spacious, clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable and liked the dimmable lights.

The shower slowly drained the water, which mean't the water would overflow out the shower after a few minutes (15min.). Also the bathroom light switch had to be pushed multiple times for it to react. The closeup mirror light wouldn't work.

“It was ok for a 2 night stay but next time will book directly with the Signature.”

The location of the property is great, and the facilities at all of the towers were nice. We really enjoyed Delight’s’ in Tower 2. It was convenient and the breakfast and coffee (Lavasa) was good.

The property is good, but there were some issues with checking in. The front desk could not find my reservation and they mentioned that their system was not communicating with third-party reservations. After calling Booking.com, I was able to confirm that my reservation was good. The representative sent me an email and I was able to confirm with the front desk that I was good. I still had to wait till 3 PM for them to check In though. I stayed at the signature a few times, but this particular room had some issues and it just didn’t seem fresh. The shower door handle was dangling and the furniture was dusty. The front desk could not help me with the handle problem. They said I had to call LLS to file a report. That was a little frustrating, but the representative at LLS was very nice and put in the report.
