“Wonderful luxury stay with Outstanding butler service, but Limited Dining Variety”

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Le Blanc Cancun in July 2026 and were very impressed overall with the luxury experience. The highlight was definitely the exceptional butler service. Eduardo and Raul were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, truly five-star service. Housekeeping and nightly turndown service were also top-notch, with spotless rooms and thoughtful details every day. That said, the restaurant choices felt quite limited for an all-inclusive resort of this caliber. During our four nights we were able to try nearly all of them, but we felt it would become quite repetitive on a longer stay. The buffet options in particular seemed a bit tired, with many dishes appearing to have been sitting out for a while. We wish we had utilized room service more frequently. Late-night activities are practically non-existent, so we recommend planning early mornings and earlier bedtimes. The main pool area also gets quite crowded, with many guests reserving chairs with towels despite the clear signage prohibiting it. The stated dress code doesn’t appear to be enforced. Gentlemen wearing open toe slides seemed common, so there’s no need to pack extra formal attire for dinner. Overall, Le Blanc Cancun is a beautiful resort with outstanding service that we would happily return to, especially for a shorter getaway. Just manage expectations around dining variety and evening entertainment.

I was skeptical at first but we we’re so pleasantly surprised by there level of Service!! It’s on par with Ritz Carlton! One of the general managers, Eduardo, was above and beyond! I injured my shoulder and we have medical attention within 20 or 30 minutes. The location and the Infiniti pool in front of the ocean was unmatched. One of the swimmer pool bar tenders, Miguel, was super friendly and attentive, and anticipated your order before you asked for it! The spa was insane!! Do the hydrotherapy sequence- so relaxing!!!

If you like Ritz Carlton or St Regis service without the stuffy guests at a fraction of the price, this is your place The best service hands down at ANY hotel in the world that I’ve stayed at. Food was great, infinity pool looking at the blue and turquoise ocean were second to none Swim up bar, daily butler service, spa is next level it out of this world!!! Will be coming back for many years

“Don’t want to leave!”

We are in the lobby of Leblanc and Cancun departing after a five day trip. We honestly don’t want to leave. The resort itself is immaculately,clean and beautiful. We had nothing but five star service from the time we arrived and our butlers, Eduardo and Raul, were amazing. They were kind and helpful and just all around good people. They really made our trip! Restaurants Yama and Lumiere were the stand outs! All the guests we met were also very awesome. Everyone was having a great time and in great spirits. I will definitely be back.
