L’établissement est très jolie, lit très confortable, la piscine est propre, nous avons des transat à disposition avec une salle de bain exclusivement dédié à la piscine/terrasse.

Pas de personnel de réception toute la journée ou la nuit, le quartier est maintenant désert, impossible de trouver un taxi en soirée ou même l’après-midi. La partie petit déjeuner / cafétéria a été fermé, impossible de manger quoi que ce soit dans l’hôtel, ce qui est embêtant lorsque nous n’avons pas de mini réfrigérateur à disposition dans la chambre.

Loved staying in this hotel in a quiet and safe area with many stores and restaurants, close to the beach and town. The room was perfect for my needs, clean, well stocked, quality bedsheets, quality toiletries, AC. Staff were super accommodating with a late departure, and responsive over WhatsApp. Loved swimming and taking some sun at the rooftop pool. Make sure you communicate with reception in advance via WhatsApp to get details for how to enter the property and how to get your keys and WiFi as there’s no reception per se, which I didn’t mind. There’s also limited / no phone signal by the property so you need to coordinate in advance. Great value for money in the centre of Tulum!

La Sabana estaba limpia pero tenía una mancha
