Super séjour en famille. Les équipements sont très bien, la literie est excellente. Le petit déjeuné est varié et de qualité. Le personnel très sympathique.

Le seul petit bémol est l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

The staff was wonderful. Took care of our every need and even bought our youngest a birthday present. Over the top! The facilities - restaurants, gym were top notch. I wish we had more time to lounge around the pool.

Location a bit out of the way but there is a shuttle that can take you to the marina or beach.

The property is beautiful. It’s quite secluded on a long road out of Santa Ponca. Its gardens are stunning and the hotel itself js extremely well designed and stunning to look at. It’s a very modern building but the rooms are a mix of modern and cosy. The most incredible thing about this hotel is the staff - they were exceptional. From the day we arrived and found we hadn’t been allocated adjoining rooms, they did everything they could to change, which they did. Special mention to Laura and Adrian who both went above and beyond for our family over the weeks stay. Martina from the kids club was also excellent. The bedrooms are very comfy, aside from the pillows which are a little flatter than we like! We had three children in one room and each had their own proper bed, and we were adjoining - perfect family set up. The indoor pool and spa are gorgeous, and the outdoor pools are great too. There is some damage on the floor but otherwise very very clean and well maintained.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I was being fussy, the service in the outdoor restaurant wasn’t as good as it could be. The food is tasty but not as high quality as you’d hope in a 5 star hotel. The price of the food is also extremely high for what you get. The kids menu is the same price as the adults menu which is frustrating when you have young kids and there aren’t any options for babies. The shower control was broken when we arrived but still worked perfectly well when showering. The garden rooms are nice if you want outdoor space but don’t expect a view. There is a high laurel hedge around them all as far as we can see.
