“Not a great experience as the hotel needs a complete revamp”
The location was good for my meetings, breakfast was not great but acceptable.
The AC's in the rooms did not work. I changed rooms at 11pm at night because I couldn't sleep due to the heat, only to be placed in another room with the same problem. My 2 colleagues experienced the same discomfort. I also specifically asked for a non smoking room & even though the rooms on my floor all had no smoking signs on them the stench of cigarette smoke welcomed one from the moment the elevator door opened.
