The last day, they forgot to clean our room.

Konum harika, katedrale yani merkeze 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otel gün boyu soğuk su, çay, kahve ve atıştırmalık imkanı sağlıyor. Resepsiyon kısmı merkezde bir cafeden daha konforlu ve ücretsiz. Oda çok güzel temiz, bornozlar çok kaliteli. Duş malzemeleri kaliteli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ilgili. Her sabah size yumurta tercihinizi sorup ona göre hazırlıyorlar. Bol miktarda taze meyve ve hamur işi var. Çok sessiz sakin güzel bir otel. Yine gitsem tercihim aynı olur.

“Great location. Loud interior.”

The location is excellent. You can walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar in less than 5 minutes. Good restaurants nearby as well.

During two nights of our three night stay there was a lot of noise coming from the guest room above it. It sounded like someone bouncing a basketball for 1.5 hrs. This was between 11pm-1am. We asked the front desk ask the room to politely stop (as other guest did as well). The front desk was little help and said when they eventually were able to get in touch with the room they said they knew they were being loud. Nothing was done to prevent the noise.
