Si ofrece un servicio de aire acondicionado DEBERÍA ser completo y el mismo no fue así , el aire no iba y no me dieron el acceso a controlar el mismo a mi gusto

The outside seating area was lovely, very clean and aesthetic. The staff were helpful, they were very attending to requests and one person helped us with recommendations for places to visit around the city. The room was as listed, nice and clean with good facilities. The hotel was close to the tram which was easy to take into the centre. It was sometimes late which can be unreliable when trying to stick to a time frame but still a good option for travel. It is next to a supermarket which is great.

The area in which the hotel is location was messy at times. We walked passed a few bins that were overflowing with rubbish. There was a lot of graffiti but that didn’t bother me.

We had a private terrace. The place was clean. The hotel in itself was very cute. We had a supermarket right next door which was very handy and lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. It was very close to the colosseum. You can also get refunded for unused travel tickets. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we did find it very affordable for only 7 euros.

There was no kettle in the room and we couldn’t regulate the aircon which was also making a bit of noise. It was a bit small but that is excepted in big cities.
