Muy antiguo. Baño incómodo demasiado pequeño

Overall, we had a very good stay with our family. The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. It was great value for money, and everything else met our expectations.

One area that could be improved is the reception experience. While the check-in was efficient, the interaction felt less welcoming than we had hoped. There was an unnecessary discussion about our child, who is 3 years and 4 months old, being treated as a 4-year-old, which made us feel uncomfortable. We also used the valet parking (€30), which was very convenient and expensive. The receptionist gave us address and told us that even we can access the car if needed so while we explored the nearby area, so we did. However, when we returned the interaction felt abrupt and came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing after the earlier reassurance.

Great location. Spacious room with air conditioning. We arrived early and room was ready for us to check in. Very friendly greeting from staff who spoke good English.
