perfect location, extensive breakfast
After returning in the early evening to our room that was still untidy and with dirty towels in the bathroom, we were informed that policy on housekeeping had changed and was no longer to be expected on a daily basis, but every two to three days. Never happened before and a real let down. We got a clean set of towels and were told to inform reception every day in the morning if we wanted to have the room done that day. Is this indeed the current policy I wonder ?
