“Great value hotel with excellent food in the heart of Playa del Carmen”

Great value hotel in a perfect location for 5th avenue and walking distance to the beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the pool area is excellent and really peaceful, and the food is excellent (breakfast is a highlight and the cerviche here was one of my best meals in Mexico!). Room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower.

The gym is quite tired and lacked adequate air conditioning which made it quite uncomfortable to work out in. There was air conditioning but it had a locked seal over the controls and was set at 28 degrees which is far too high. Sorting this out and making a few upgrades could make a big difference. My city view room had a nice terrace, but it looked over a busy road so the trade-up probably isn't worth it given the extra noise and lack of view.

“Super hôtel, on a adoré”

Superbe hôtel, à 2 pas du centre et de la mer mais très calme. Hyper bien placé ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à HM playa. Le petit déjeuner buffet génial dans une salle très bien décorée et une terrasse, la piscine bien grande et plein de banquettes pour se poser confortablement ! Les chambres bien grandes et super propres, bien équipées, lits confortables Tout le personnel et très gentil et souriant que ce soit l’accueil, le pool bar, au petit déjeuner et les femmes de ménage ! On s’est senti vraiment bien, top top Merci à tous pour votre professionnalisme
