“Love this place”

This place is Amazing!! Clean, convenient and fun. So many options for activities for all ages. This was my second trip and I plan on going again with my family.

The rooms were spacious, and the view was nice overlooking the pool.

The room door did not lock properly.

Roxanne at the front desk was the ONLY thing that made my trip great. I do not like the fact that I paid extra for early check in, late check out and a $25 resort credit and upon check in I was told that I would NOT be getting any of those things. I also paid for parking and booking.com said parking was part of the resort fee. I won’t be staying there again. And I will NEVER EVER book with booking.com again

The fact that I paid extra for amenities that I didn’t receive. The false advertising that booking.com had on their site.
