Air-conditioning didn’t work we had to leave early very disappointed at least they did not charge us

I would not stay there again

Klimatyzacja centralnie ustawiona była na dosyć wysoką temperaturę, nie dało jej się obniżyć według swoich potrzeb, było gorąco, nie dało się spać

“It was okay. Beds were comfortable.”

Staff

There was other peoples hair on the towels. Wasn’t the cleanest. Air conditioner was set to 40 when we got there. But took till the am to get to 70.

I just had to take the time to praise the gentleman who checked us in upon arrival. We had already had a long day and Jeremy greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to carefully and thoroughly answer all of my questions about the property (and I had a bunch of questions!). He was such a great person to introduce us to the property. Seriously. Have him train your new staff members. He’s a credit to the company.
