Our overall stay was great. Our room was a good size and had good facilities. We found the beds to be comfortable. We required an extra room service, which was no problem at all. Staff were helpful, the pool was very nice to relax in and we appreciated the washer/dryer facilities. We wanted to be close to SeaWorld - this hotel didn't disappoint as we were able to walk from the hotel to SeaWorld and Aquatica. Also, the hotel had an 'Attractions' representative on-site who gave us some great perks and advice on attractions in the local area.

The rooms are a little bit dated, but everything was kept so clean and tidy that it didn't affect our stay. We enjoyed the continental breakfast but the cooked breakfast didn't meet our expectations. We preferred the hot breakfast options at our other hotel - Home2Suites by Hilton!
