“Good hotel with practical location close to metro”
Good hotel, good beds, close to M1 metro line, free underground parking (very useful in Summer).
In the room we got originally the bath was damaged and the drains were clogged. We did a free upgrade for a slightly bigger room. This is fine, but it is surprising that it happened in the first place. The coffee machines at breakfast produce the worst coffee we ever had in Italy. It really seemed to be bad instant coffee. When we mentioned this the staff member kindly offered to produce real coffee, which was good. But still, you would expect proper machines in a Hilton hotel, especially in Italy.
