Decent breakfast.

24/7 shuttle from the airport is a misrepresentation. Our shuttle never arrived and when we called, first they said it was 25 minutes. Then after 25 minutes passed, we called again, they said it’s another 25 minutes because the shuttle filled up in terminals 1 through 3 and can’t go to terminal 4. Was told to get an uber even though we were traveling with 4 kids. Ask if we can cancel and get a refund since we specifically booked the hotel for the shuttle and we were told no.

“Good value for a nice stay.”

Room was nice. The breakfast was good. The small dog 'park' behind the hotel is very nice!

The A/C is a bit noisy and even on auto runs constantly.
