“Terrible Experience- Do Not Stay Here”

Worst hotel experience I’ve had post-Covid. Booked and paid for a 2 bedroom room. They only gave us a studio. Refused to refund us the difference and then charged our incidentals card for the entire stay after the room was prepaid. Bed was absolutely rock hard and terrible. Room was dirty and unkept. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive.

My room was lovely and the hotel overall was fine. Our issue was during checkout, it took 40 minutes for an elevator and we ended up taking flights with our luggage down 20 flights of stairs. Then we get to valet and the brought a Tesla that wasn’t ours after waiting another 20 minutes and then guess what they brought us TWO other teslas that were ours until they finally brought ours down. It took two hours to get down to lobby and get our actual car just to leave. Very unacceptable

Great convenience to public transportation and Kaseya. I think explaining the public transportation and costs would elevate traveling around
