The room has a horrible smell like damped laundry. Restrooms were rusty and dirty.

“NOT family friendly!! BIZARRE staff intruded on room and yelled at me. Terrifying experience.”

I'm in town visiting my daughter & needed a quick place to land. My daughter stopped by to drop something off and a random staff guy came banging on my door screaming "no guests!" I was so scared, like who is this guy? Then management came to my door and he said "I've been watching you on the cameras. Guests are not allowed!" and told me to leave. I said, "You've been watching me??" and he had this weird look staring at me. I had the door barely cracked because he was so intimidating. Their "no guests" policy I assumed meant overnight, not my daughter stopping by for a minute. Management literally told me to leave, which was fine because these guys scared me to death. And the hotel is deeply run down and smells awful anyway. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL. Felt so unsafe. And by the way, even if a hotel guest does have friends/family for whatever reason, management should mind their own business. It's deeply creepy to spy on your guests.
