Downtown Beach Condo w/ Pool

Las camas un poco incómodas

Estuvimos muy a gusto el departamento muy limpio, hermoso, bien ubicado, Lorena muy amable y pendiente de nosotras. Lo recomiendo al 100. Las camas muy confortables

Spacious condo. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. AC worked well. Nice washer-dryer (from the pictures it's not obvious the washer can also dry clothes - it can!)

Difficult to find at night. There was no water for half a day (was told due to maintenance). The sewer odor from the outside was seeping inside. Tap water was very dirty (not sure if it's always like this or only because of ongoing maintenance), but on the plus side there is a reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. Had to rinse all the dishes with filtered water after washing them. The lock in the entrance door could use a little oil: I could turn the key but with an effort.

Good location near Medano Beach. Nice and clean condo with plenty of room and amenities in kitchen.

There was no cable for the TV, only had Roku TV and most of the movies were in Spanish, and you had to pay for them. They advertised having a TV but nothing in English to watch, so really NO TV. Also there were a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood, starting barking very early in the morning. In the bottom unit 101 there were two dogs, locked up in the condo unit all day that were continually barking. Swimming pool water was very cold and not heated. Would be better in summer time when water is warmer.
