“So bad”

Every year I stay in this hotel, but this time the stay was very, very bad with my family. I even made an extra request for food, and the food was very cold, and the bread was old and not fresh, although I paid for it, and the staff, their treatment was very bad with me, and I will not book it again, and I do not advise anyone to book it

The room was very spacious, had a great ambience, strong Wi-Fi, and came with excellent amenities. Housekeeping was always on time and did a thorough job. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of both hot and cold options. The gym was massive and well-kept, and the sauna and bath areas were great.
None of the breakfast items were labeled, so it was hard to tell what was being served, and the sausages unfortunately gave me an upset stomach. The steam room was also very underwhelming, as there was barely any steam coming out.
