“Wouldn’t go back or recommend”
Family of 15. 3 rooms were switched because of broken things like shower handles. Old faulty rooms with mold seem to be a theme with this hotel. Wrong bookings of rooms had my sister jumping up in the middle of the night because another Japanese family was overbooked. Rude servers are the only ones hired and seems to be the only skillset except for the occasional polite cleaners and maybe 2 servers. Challenges with booking specialty restaurants with a large group was also a real challenge. Cannot wait to go home. Here’s the icing on the cake, power went out twice for at least an hour or two at a time. Kids cried all night , so did I. Womp womp womp. You CANNOT pay me to stay another night at this place. Out of the 7 night stay , was 6 days too many It wasn’t all bad, their coconut ice cream is to die for. If that’s your jam, you’ll be ok, otherwise, stay away
