It is mandatory to provide the Passport or ID identification of all guests of the reservation to Cozy Mallorca at least 14 days prior to check in date. This house allows a maximum of two pets. You must previously request authorization from the property. Pets are not allowed to be alone inside the house. You have to leave them in the garden. There is an additional cost of 50 euros per pet stay. Please note that noises are not allowed after 23:00 until 10:00. This includes shouting, playing loud music and talking loudly which can disturbs the neighbours in the house, garder or pool area. This restriction also applies to noises in the street in front of the house that might wake up the neighbours. The penalty to wake up neighbours is 150 EUR which will be deducted from the deposit. Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they are not listed in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in full deposit of 300 EUR and cancellation of reservation without any refund. Swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect location and a very convenient one! Nice organized and quiet neighborhood! Host was very helpful and attentive! If you want to spend a nice relax weekend and enjoy Palma and other places near by with the luxury of the option for staying in and enjoy a day by the pool this place fits perfectly

The only thing that could be better is the neighbors and their very strict noise policy. Other than that nothing else was an issue

The host Mireya was very friendly, offering lots of advice and clearly very keen to help us enjoy our stay however she could. The property itself is lovely - much larger than we expected. With three good sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, wrap-around garden and little private pool. It feels very homey and has everything you would need, the TVs all have netflix, Disney, etc. There are books and a few kids toys, plenty of kitchenware, we even spotted a drawer full of cables which was a pleasant surprise as we had not brought enough adaptors. It just all felt very well thought out. The location is only a short taxi or bus ride into town. We were only there a few days so didn't venture far. We would definitely return again, probably for a longer stay next time.

Couldn't fault anything.
