“Great for older kids”
My kids love coming here. They have the best food, and the atmosphere is perfect for kids— not too crazy. The pools have a lot of choices. My kids always love coming here.10-16 years old

“Fraud with zero follow-up”
A $295.xx charge from Wally's was charged to our room on a night we were off property eating sushi. The minute I saw the invoice emailed I called RW from the parking garage, they apologized, said that the refund would be issued immediately while they investigate. It wasn't, and the full incorrect charge went to my card. I called back, they apologized and said it would be investigated. Heard nothing back, so called four days ago and spoke to a supervisor, she said she spoke to accounting and they will be investigating it and I should hear back within 48 hours. I waited until today and nothing, I called back, and was told that "it was processed wrong, you should see your refund in 7-10 days" I asked how was it processed wrong when I've called multiple times and spoken to a supervisor? I requested to speak to a manager - this request was not fulfilled, instead I was put on hold and then told that the manager said they will have someone contact me in 24-48 hours (what I was told four business days ago). This runaround leaves me no option than to just dispute the charge, more wasted time for me. I understand mistakes happen, but how they are handled is where you get customers back. This was my first stay at RW and I was an "invited guest" on a comp stay, and this is how they treat guests? On this same trip I also had a stay at the Rio in Las Vegas, they failed to apply the $25 Food & Beverage credit to my room. I brought this to their attention after check out and received a credit on my card before the charge from Rio, how does Conrad Resorts World get outshined by Rio Las Vegas?
