This hotel is very beautiful and we loved our breakfast server, Victor! He was attentive and the food was delicious.

Breakfast at the terraza with a Víctor was fantastic. Delicious chilaquiles and great service!!

La ubicación del hotel, la atención del personal

que la realidad se quedo corta con respecto a las fotos de la publicidad. llegamos al anochecer y la entrada y la recepción estaba en penumbra, supongo que los asesores de la iluminación les dijeron que eso era romántico, pero creo que se pasaron de obscuridad, me dio la impresión de estar en un callejón sin luz. La cafetera del cuarto me dió mucho trabajo hacerla funcionar a medias. El hermoso vitral que aparece en las fotos a sido sustituido por un vidrio común.

“Strange dark hotel in great location”

First the good … really good location in the heart of the city, though the area got a bit crazy during our visit due to the World Cup. But in general convenient location. And people were friendly, but that seems true almost everywhere in this amazing country. The rooms were too small … I get downtown hotel vibe but this was a bit much, with not even a built in closet (they had a strange bureau with curtains!). Also, seems place is not managed too well, even had some towels that were torn/had holes. And the craziest part … the corridors had no light. Could not even see the door lock of my second floor room if we came in after sunset. And if this was temporary, someone should have warned us when we checked in. All of that, plus not much care for Marriott status, gives this hotel just 2 stars.
