The location

The lack of cleanliness of the apartment. Having given 5 months notice to have bedding for the sofa bed nothing was in the apartment, I was given a code to a storeroom to get it myself. I had to clean all the areas, the settee was covered in stains, regretfully the photos I took of the dirt I found were deleted from my account. What was also concerning was that as I was checking out, which I said I would do I noticed a lady and her son where there. The whole building needs power washing it looks grubby and uncared for. The only thing that dared enter the pool was a large iguana which one of the residents rescued. The communication with the owners/management agent was less than satisfactory

Einzig die Lage

Die ganze Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und in einem ziemlich abgewohnten Zustand. Küchenutensilien sind vom allerbilligsten und der Zustand der Einbauten recht schmutzig. Auch der Reinigungsservice funktioniert nicht gut, wir haben in der Küche Fettspritzer der Vorgänger gefunden. Das Schlimmste an der Wohnung ist jedoch: sie hat einen nicht reparierten Wasserschaden der zu einem schimmeligen Geruch führt und wahrscheinlich auch gesundheitsschädlich ist. Unsere Kleidung hat nun leider auch diesen muffigen Schimmelgeruch angenommen, den ich wahrscheinlich in 4 Wochen immer noch riechen werde. Mieten Sie lieber woanders, dieses Apartment ist eine Katastrophe und das mit Abstand schlechteste auf unserer ganzen Reise. Das allerschlimmste: der Vermieter stellt sich ahnungslos . Schimmel? Nein, wir haben keinen Schimmel. Eigentlich müsste man sein Geld zurückverlangen für diese Absteige.
