“Great property to relax and enjoy”

Beautiful condo with a stellar view. Beautifully furnished throughout the home ~ bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room, etc. Wonderful rooftop hot tub. Property felt very safe and secure. Admittance to the property was through a 24/7 guarded gate. Beautiful pool.

The road leading from the main street to the compound was dusty and bumpy ~ but that didn't distract from the overall experience. The adjacent unit was rented to a loud group of very young adults for a few nights during our stay. Not much we could do about that... Other than that, the property was very quiet. No street noise or the sounds of garbage collection!

“Perfect, amazing getaway!”

The location was perfect if you don't mind a small drive into the main town. I loved that the property was split level, you could have separate gatherings in the main living area and rooftop meanwhile the bottom level with the bedrooms is away and basically unbothered. I liked that the host offered almost everything you could need to stay either a few days or longer. There was plentiful amounts of towels, extra sheets, lots of living area.

While the house wasn't affected much besides the outside areas, there's a film of dirt causing dust around the whole area which could really affect someone with sensitive allergies. It's not within the hosts control, but is something to consider if you are affected by dirt easily. I also did not enjoy the smell of some towels. Once they got wet they smelled of when you leave them in the washer. Not all towels smelled that way, so it wasn't a huge issue.

“Superb”

House very spacious and very well equipped. Great pressure of water , comfortable bedrooms, great view of Cabo from the living room and roof top. Al and Sheryl are very nice hosts, they made us feel very welcome, provided information about places to go visit and are readily available if we needed anything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the road is a bit bumpy but not too bad and only for 200 meters, we find it manageable with any type of car, we have seen much worst in Mexico!) we recommend this place !

Maybe the pool of the community could be colder during summer but this seems the trend in any other place we stayed at this period of the year.

“Nice property !”

The property is amazing and located in a safe gated community.   The  2-story house is clean,  modern and very spacious ! Everything in the home is top of the line : kitchen , flooring ,  furniture,  appliances, ... The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to cook . The house has a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and a nice view of the Arch .  We were provided with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for a perfect beach day. The water filtration system gave us peace of mind .

It is in a developing  community so expect some construction and dusty/bumpy roads to get there. Although the internet service was available  the wifi speed was sometimes slow or lagging .
