“Great value for money to have that Faena touch (details, decor, hospitality) without the overhead”
The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I travelled alone with my 8 month-old and they had a pack-n-play and a crib reserved for us to choose. The staff was excellent, professional and very friendly - the reception, the maintenace/operational support when I had an issue with the tub (my fault). I liked the aesthetic and breeziness of the hotel, it felt very european. Of course you do not have the over-the-top amenities at the Faena or Fontainebleau, but it was actually nice to not hear club music until 3 am, or have swarms of people in the hotel. It was very low-key and chic. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect for cooling the room quickly, especially with a baby. I would absolutely book again.
