No free parking. Extra $25 charge for booking online Fridge didn’t work. Can’t even see the beach

I like the hotel have stayed before. It’s modern and comfortable.

When I checked in at 8:30 pm, the restaurant had closed because they were slow. As a solo female traveler I did not want to go out late alone. The night manager gave me a menu for local delivery- he was nice. The room floor was dirty, and there were black hairs on the counter in the bath room. The iron had a burnt crust on it so I couldn’t use it. In the morning I went to make coffee and there were no cups. That morning I shared this with the GM and he gave me a free coffee, said they would clean the room, leave cups and an iron. That evening when I returned was the worse. Housekeeping had not been to the room and so my food from the night before was still there- as a good citizen I did not put it in the hall. I went to the bar for a glass of of wine. They were open but no one showed up for about 15 mins. She brushed past me didn’t acknowledge me, grabbed her phone and started to walk off. I spoke up and asked if I could get a glass of wine. She was clearly put out. She grabbed a glass- it was dirty, so she grabbed another poured and i signed the check. I started to the elevator and noticed the glass had food on the inside. So i went back, she was gone- 15 mins later when no guests were around I went to the same night manager as the night before. Explained the housekeeping situation, etc.. She was back so I went back to her and she said ‘Oh is the glass dirty?’ And proceeded to pick up glass after glass. Finally she took her 3 inch fingernail and scraped the inside of the glass then poured wine in it! I took it the the Night Manager and explained what just happened and he was mortified. He went to correct it himself- took him 10 mins as he could not find a clean glass or a bottle of Cabernet. This whole incident spanned about 45 mins. Just to get a glass of wine. Finally the next day I received housekeeping, but too little too late.
