This is a beautiful hotel. Attention to detail is second to none. The property is a a gorgeous location and also conveniently located. The staff were attentive. The breakfast was exceptional. Cannot recommend more highly

位置不错，中央车站坐电车5站可到，也可以步行。周边很安静，环境很好。整个酒店的装饰就很有艺术感，住的伦勃朗房间，宽敞细节很好。窗外就是运河。早餐送到房间，非常非常丰盛！服务人员都很Nice，强烈推荐！

“Unique and Historic right in the heart of Amsterdam”

This hotel is very unique. The decor is impressive. A lot of attention to detail. The location at the bottom corner of the "9 streets" shopping district is perfect. The museum district is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk. The hotel stands right on a canal and makes for a great view. The staff (particularly Charlie and Camilla) were exceptional. The breakfast (served in your room) was very good. The bed was fabulous and the linen (including bathroom towels) in very good condition. The bathroom was small but very well appointed with a double shower. They were very happy to store my bike bag for the duration of our stay as well.

The storage space in the room is limited, but they have tried to be creative in addressing this. Two plugs did not work, but Camilla was very gracious in listening to me and then assuring me it would be addressed. The copper bath in the room is not (I think) necessary and takes a fair amount of space that might be better used by having a desk / table and chair.
