The location is good, the apartment has everything one would need and functions well.

The apartment is automatic and this has some downsides. First, one need to do some paper work right after booking. Secondly if you come to the place even 3 mins before your time there is no one to welcome you and let you in. Finally as the doors are fully automatic and code-driven you don't quite have a feeling of control, you even can't enforce the lock of the door during the night time.

Excelente, muy bien equipado y con muy buen aire acondicionado. Todo estaba limpio y el acceso con código me daba seguridad.

Eso si, no sé si tenía persianas o no, escuchaba que otros vecinos las usaban pero no pude encontrar el interruptor. A pesar de estar en la cama, podía ir ruidos en el pasillo bastante a menudo. No para los de sueño ligero.

宿泊前日に建物と部屋に入る暗証番号が分かり、当日に部屋番号が分かり、オンラインチェックインが成功している事がわかってホッとした

予約した後、オンラインチェックインのURLが貼られたメールが送られてきた。必要事項、パスポートなど書き込みはしたが、それが成功しているのかどうかの返答がなく、宿泊前に何度かメールしたが、返事がなかった。前日の建物の暗証番号が分かった時点でやっと安心した。返信は欲しい。宿泊中にAIによる返信がきた。
