“Wonderful location and staff. Loved it!”
The hotel is at a wonderful and convenient location, you are right in the heart of El Centro Historico. The architecture of the hotel and the decor is beautiful as well. And to top it off the staff was wonderful. All of them were not only nice but also helpful. They have taxi service to the airport and at the time I went the Zocalo was closed because of the world cup, so one of the staff walked with us to the pick up location (he carried our luggage to the taxi).
The elevator is a little slow but that is because it’s an old model and there needs to be a staff member inside to open and close it. Also when I say slow I mean if you are in a higher floor going down. But from the ground floor up is good.
