מים קרים במקלחת הרבה פעמים, אין קבלה אחרי עשר בלילה אז אם צריך משהו בלילה אין למי לפנות.

Very beautiful well kept property. Staff always maintaining the grounds. Servers around the pool and beach are lovely and very quick to get you whatever you may need.

I wanted to use a bike one day and they don’t offer a regular bicycle at no cost(at least that’s what the front desk man told me). They only offer electric bikes for a 4 or 12 hour span, for a fee. The man at the front desk is useless as well. I was trying to use indrive(basically tulums uber) and he was ZERO help. Since I wasn’t using the towns Taxi it seemed as though he basically shrugged his shoulders and a “figure it out on your own” attitude. Same attitude I received when I inquired about the bikes.

Lugar cómodo y bonito.

Aire acondicionado te lo restringen en un horario, limpieza de habitación no es todo los días.
