Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. No lo recomiendo y, sin duda, no volvería a hospedarme aquí. La primera habitación tenía un olor insoportable y, para empeorar las cosas, de la luz sobre la ducha caía agua de color café, dejando la tina sucia y evidenciando una grave falta de mantenimiento. Informé inmediatamente la situación, pero nadie se tomó el tiempo de revisar el problema ni de ofrecer una solución. Solo después de una fuerte lluvia, cuando la habitación comenzó a gotear, decidieron cambiarnos de habitación. Sin embargo, el servicio siguió siendo igual de deficiente: tuvimos que trasladar todas nuestras pertenencias por nuestra cuenta, subiendo y bajando escaleras con maletas, acompañadas de una adulta mayor y un niño, sin que ningún miembro del personal ofreciera ayuda. Los espacios comunes son extremadamente calurosos e incómodos, haciendo difícil disfrutar de las instalaciones. La comida es muy básica, repetitiva y de baja calidad para lo que se espera de un hotel de este tipo. Lo más decepcionante fue la falta de preocupación por los huéspedes. Ante problemas evidentes, la respuesta fue lenta, indiferente y poco profesional. La sensación es que solo reaccionan cuando la situación ya es insostenible, en lugar de prevenirla o atenderla oportunamente. En definitiva, fue una experiencia muy por debajo de cualquier estándar aceptable. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde realmente valoran a sus huéspedes. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie y no volvería a alojarme aquí.

All in all it is a good resort. 1. Food outstanding 2. Room was clean 3. Very friendly staff 4. Nightly shows were entertaining. 5. The restaurant near the pool was great! 10 out of 10. Food and friendly staff were outstanding. 6. Landscape with different animals were cool.

1. The main buffet restaurant didn’t have air conditioning. They did have a small adjoining room with a/c (reserved for people) We ate in there for the first two days without a reservation but after being denied day after day then they said you need a reservation. We were not told that until the day we left. When we arrived to eat they would just say the room with the a/c was closed. The buffet restaurant was so hot it was miserable. They need air in the whole restaurant. The food was so good we ate while sweating. True story!! The food in the buffets were so good we didn’t waste our time reserving a table in the Italian restaurant. 2. No fault of the resort but the beach was useless. Seaweed everywhere. Summer time is a bad time to travel in the area.
