This Hotel was closed. Booking is not aware. Once I arrived I was took to a sister hotel . The AC went out in this hotel and the sister company AC is going out. I had a dentist Appointment. Only stayed Two days but NEVER again. The staff was rude about the accommodations in regarding the AC. Booking should be aware. I was NEVER offered a Refund but just relocated to the sister Hotel that is having AC issues.

Breakfast was very good. Shower worked great, as did the AC. Very clean.

Could hear all of the outside noise in my room. Bed was a bit hard.

EL HOTEL ESTÁ CERRADO POR REFORMAS...!!!

LLEGAR A LAS 22.30 DE LA NOCHE Y ENCONTRARME CON UN HOTEL CERRADO POR OBRAS... EL GUARDA MUY AMABLE FUE EL QUE SE ENCARGO DE ORGANIZAR UN TRANSPORTE HACIA OTRO HOTEL DE LA MISMA CADENA... ESTO ME HA GENERADO GASTOS EXTRAS A LA HORA DE MODIFICAR LA EXCURSIÓN COMPRADA CON BOOKING.... QUIEN SE HACE CARGO DE ESTO????
