“Mooi hotel, niet voor kinderen”

De service van het personeel!

Wij hadden geboekt met 4 personen (2 kinderen). Bij aankomst vroegen we waar het zwembad was en toen kregen we te horen dat het zwembad voor 21+ was die dag vanwege een feest. Wij zouden hier maar 2 dagen zitten, dus dat viel erg tegen. Sowieso hadden wij ook het idee dat dit hotel niet echt gericht is op gezinnen met kinderen (ik zou er eerder een adult only label op plakken). Omdat wij onaangenaam verrast waren verzochten we of we gelijk weer konden uitchecken. Dat kon gelukkig, zonder dat er kosten in rekening werden gebracht. Daarom per saldo een 9, omdat het hotel er echt wel goed uit zag en omdat we uiteindelijk goed geholpen zijn door de receptie!

“Walking Distance to Crypto Arena”

The location was great and within walking distance to the Crypto Arena.

The price per night is misleading, by the time you check out, between the extras, city tax, destination fees, parking, then tax on your parking it added up to almost an extra $125. That was not all disclosed when booking. Also upon arrival I was using the restroom in the lobby, a ceiling light dropped out of the ceiling and almost hit me in my head, it scared me and I let the employees at the bar know. They walked over to the area and I pointed out the light on the floor and they just apologized and said they were doing construction . That could have been very dangerous if it were to hit me.
