Personeel zat daar - weinig vriendelijk.

Vriendelijkheid personeel ontbijt: geen vers fruit. Om 7u10 miste er nog heel wat aan ontbijt. Dame aan ontbijt erg onvriendelijk. Er waren geen grijpers: spek diende ik met de hand te nemen. Voor dezelfde prijs heb ik al verbleven bij veel betere hotels met beter ontbijt

The receptionist, Anastasia, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was really amazing!

Due to traveling with four children, we had to book two rooms and for some reason my husband was denied breakfast in the morning. The issue was resolved but it was still unpleasant. The AC in the room wasn’t very strong.
