What is there not to like about this little gem of a hotel? The location with easy access to most attractions is exceptional. The staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is fantastic and really well thought out. We really enjoyed breaking off chunks of the big slab of honeycomb to have in our yogurt. The roof top was a great spot to make a cup of coffee and relax. We loved every minute of our stay.

Das White House Hotel in Istanbul können wir wirklich in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen. Da hat einfach alles gestimmt. Das fängt mit der Lage an. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen und von der Frühstücks-Dachterasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Hagia Sophia. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel wirkte auch neu renoviert. Alles sah sauber und perfekt aus. Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war übersichtlich zu bedienen und hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war ausnahmslos extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Allen schien die Arbeit Spaß zu machen. Das Frühstück selbst war frisch, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Als Krönung hat man uns dann noch beim Frühstück eine nette Geburtstagsüberraschung bereitet und ein Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und eine echte 5-Sternebewertung! We can wholeheartedly recommend the White House Hotel in Istanbul in every respect. Everything was simply perfect, starting with the location. All the main sights are within easy walking distance, and the rooftop breakfast terrace offers a wonderful view of the Hagia Sophia. Despite the central location, the hotel was very quiet and we slept extremely well. The hotel also appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything looked spotlessly clean and immaculate. The air conditioning in our room was easy to operate and worked perfectly. The staff at reception and in the breakfast area were without exception extremely friendly and helpful, without ever being intrusive. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. Breakfast itself was fresh, plentiful and varied. To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a lovely birthday treat at breakfast, and we were even given a farewell gift when we left. Excellent value for money and, in our view, a genuine five-star experience!
