“Under construction that made up for it with Customer Service”

The customer service at the front desk was absolutely exceptional and truly made our stay. The hotel is currently undergoing construction, so some of the amenities and overall experience are understandably limited. The breakfast and dinner offerings were a bit of a letdown and could definitely use improvement; however, the room service was exceptional. What really stood out was the incredible front desk staff. Where the hotel may currently be lacking due to construction, they more than made up for it with impeccable customer service. They were welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Great customer service can completely change how you feel about a stay, and in this case, it absolutely did. The staff made it easy to overlook the inconveniences of the construction, and they deserve recognition for going above and beyond.
