“Good but..”
Polite and helpful personal, especially Aslan. They will help you with literally everything. Rooms are big and modern. Food is good.
The only one thing we did not like is a bedbug that we found on the chair. Looks like they are not cleaned at all. We had to wash everything we put on this chair twice.

Excellent location in the heart of city close to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful, specifically Aslan, Oghuz and there is more who provided wonderful local tips. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was very peaceful and welcoming".
