“Amazing All round”

Amazing villa for big families or groups. Lots of amazing outdoor spaces to grill, eat and hang out. You can have both breakfast and dinner outside, in different parts of the villa, so each meal feels more special! The bedrooms are all big, and the kitchen is very well equipped and overall the villa decor is tastefully authentic. The hosts are very nice, responsive and accommodating. The area is nice and secluded and within good driving range of most popular destinations on the island.

Not a negative, just a caution for inexperienced drivers: Driving into the property with a big long car first few times can be a bit daunting at first, but absolutely fine - once you get used to it and have someone help from outside.

Die Villa Santa Lavinia hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und der Pool-Bereich mit dem traumhaften Garten lädt sofort zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Tony als Gastgeber – er ist unglaublich herzlich, antwortet blitzschnell auf alle Nachrichten und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Wer eine authentische, gepflegte Finca auf Mallorca sucht und dabei auf einen persönlichen, unkomplizierten Service Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr gerne wieder!

“Absolutely stunning villa”

We had the best stay at Villa Santa Lavinia. The hosts gave great information at check in, location was perfect and Villa itself is absolutely stunning! It was so clean and well equipped, lovely big spacious bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and the outdoor garden / pool area was beautiful!
